Evans was an up and coming Athletic Director at one of the most powerful school (Univ. of Georgia)...he was the 1st black AD in the the most powerful conference in the world-SEC. Look at Lebron's up bringing....raised by a single mom(also important to note, she was engulfed in a sex scandal with a current player on the Cavs), the only father figured he had were coaches that mainly only cared about him cause of the way he played ball. Woman are a more nurturing, caring type...again by nature most don't have the "Killa Mentality". This is why Bron is concerned with playing with his friends (nice warm safe environment), not wanting to take on the pressure of leading a team to the Mountain Top...simply not a Killa. Look at some of the recent NBA Kilaz--Shaq (dominant college coach like Dale Brown and Step-Father), Jordan(dominant college coach Dean Smith and Dad) & Kobe (Phil Jackson and Dad), Magic (Dominant ncaa coach Jud Heathcote, Pat Riley, Dad) and lastly Bird(The mere fact that he talked 'ish and dominated a Black Sport makes him a Killa).
